creative streak

ok so i'm definitely going through this really creative streak! lol!! like today i took pictures of myself ((sounds super vain..i know.. but it really was just so i could play around with them in photoshop!!)) so that i could try new photoshop techniques! it was sooo fun! i will put a link to all of them :)

ok so i have been inspired lately! i've been looking for someone or someplace to take my senior pictures and it has really inspired me to start taking lots of pictures again! the only annoying thing is my camera is totally gone *may it rest in peace*. so ya.. i am gonna save my money and get a new camera. i want a Nikon D5000 :) talk about happy making! lol but tonight i took some pictures and edited them in photoshop and did some finishing stuff in picnik. i'll have to add a link to the pix i did. anyways.. have a fantabulous night..or morning whichever you look at it! :)

klutzy me!

ok so everyone that knows me can agree that i am a big klutz! very very big!! lol :D so yesterday i was having a so-far successful day without any major falls or anything..till i was walking down some stairs..then the whole story changes! i decided to hop down the rest of the way.. i was on about the 3rd of 4th step from the bottom. so there i went..in the air..breeze in my hair..then kataplum!!!! i landed on my right foot and it decided to twist and i buckled. falling right on top of my poor, poor ankle in a beautiful "indian position"! yes it was quite graceful i can assure you! :p so after that it hurt like crazy and i could barely walk on it. i went to bed last night supposing it would feel better by morning..but it had other ideas! i woke up with it throbbing, and barely moveable! i eagerly scheduled a chiropractor appointment. so after running some errands i went up to the chiropractor to see what he would say. he took several x-ray and said the bones were beautiful..but i did strain it pretty bad! so i am now wearing a very beautiful ankle brace! woot! but at least it helps keep me steady! hopefully i learned my lesson about jumping down stairs! lol!

Great Day

today was a fantabulous day!!! for starters i got to enjoy my AMP :) ya that gave me the energy i needed to get through the day!!! then i had a lot of fun on bus visitation with casey! and surprise surprise..we managed not to get lost this week!! woot! then i went to Laredos..and amazing mexican restaurant with kris and her parents! we had lotsa fun!! then i got to go visit my god niece!!!!!! she is the cutest little baby EVER!!! and we both have the same initials: R.E.M!! those are truly great initials :} and then after that i stopped by some places where i had dropped off applications, and i got good news from Target about working in the portrait studio! i shoul be getting a call on monday from someone at the mall of GA location to schedule and interview!! yay!! so after all of that excitement i headed home to get ready for a wedding. i curled my hair ((which even after getting like 5 or 6 inches cut off, it still takes an hour to spiral curl!!)) and put on a fresh face and headed up to the church. i met matt there and we got to watch paintball for a while before we went to the wedding. and wow..the drive to the wedding was rather scary! the roads were narrow and sooooooooo curvy!!! i was scared!!! but i survived..even in the drk on the drive back!!! :) *yay me!* lol yup! so that was my great day!

Summer Mornings

summer mornings are so great! you have the amazing option of waking up early or later...i obviously chose the latter today! but that choice alone makes summer mornings so very enjoyable. then there's the next choice..what to do today. hmmm.. should i make it a productive day or just enjoy the summer. well i think i'm going to kind of mix the two today. i shall exercise then get ready and turn in all of my job applications. great fun! haha :D i am kinda lonely though..because Kris couldn't spend the night last night..and i don't have anyone to make flodcasts with or anyone to eat chocolate frosting out of the tub. *sigh* whatever shall i do with myself? so that is what goes on in my head when i think of summer mornings!

Officially the Summer

ok..so i just got back from the lake! and i can say it is now officially the sumer! it never quite feels like summer vacation until i've taken a nice trip out on the lake! i have to say it was wuite fun! kris and i had the excitment of being the first to ride IGGY aka our new ginormous tube! ya we named it Insectasaurous Gigantor! lol! ya we're movie geeks..oh well! so yes..we had a blast!!!

life is hard. no questions about it. but whenever life throws you those crazy curve balls...just say "doodeedoo life's good!" and you will smile :)
